I expect terrible revenge on that bitch Glimmer. Although, this comic’s plot suggests that Twilight already has experience in sexual relations. This is indicated by the fact that she did not feel pain from the first penetration, only discomfort. (despite the fact that the penetration was carried out by such a large object)

I don’t know if it was just a thing in my culture, but usually when another teacher/dean/…(not student) enters the classroom one briefly stands up (as a symbol to greet them). So this would make a fun way to get Sci-Twi to move a bit up and down. I imaging Celestia coming in for some brief announcement and then coming back or getting called back for one more thing.
