The Phantom was from the mid-2000s, and was supposed to be a powerful PC-based console. But by the time it was actually shown in playable form, its specs had already been surpassed by newer PCs.
And to think, I thought obscure VGCs are extinct. I haven’t seen any small players in the VG industry since the 90s, due to the marketplace being over-saturated by the mainstream crap.
