Saying Wii Fit/the Wii balance board “soiled the reputation” of the Wii is an ignorant statement. It only did that for people/fanboys whom already blindly hated the Wii just for having the Wii-mote, and such.
In fact, the Wii Fit games, and the balance board were very successful on the Wii. So successful, in fact, the balance board’s been used in other games (like Punch-Out Wii, and Mario & Sonic) and they are still going to use the same balance board for the next Wii Fit game on WiiU. (Which is backwords compatible with all the Wii controllers, and accessories, so they don’t need to make a new one.)
:< But I love Lucario. Both in general (Sharing a lot of its design traits with my ’sona helps :P) and in the game. His hits feel extremely heavy and satisfying. :3 Him and Wolf.
Also, SSB needed more female characters anyways.
Being a Nintendo Character and having an interesting gameplay. That’s all they need in my book.
Guest characters are ok as long as they have some history with Nintendo.

My point was more that Wii Fit trainer would most likely have her own, fully original, movie set and not one similar to another, I was trying to tell Kazapsky why her being in it wasn’t a waste…
Yeah and Luigi is just a slippery Mario with a higher jump. And Jigglypuff is just Kirby with a an entire different moveset. ¬_¬
WOlf and Fox have different move so they shouldn’t really be consider clones. At worst they are semi-clone and that’s really stretching it.
I mean ya he switches kicks for punches but he’s not that different in all.
He’s just a heavy wight version of Fox.
Is Wolf really a clone when every single attack looks and works completely different aside from Up Special, Down Special, and his Final Smash?
At lest she will have her own move set, not like some others…
