On fandom.com when you adjust the theme of your wiki through theme creator, the sample text is lorem ipsum. At least that’s how it behaves on older wikis; newer ones may be different in that regard.
It’s actually not used all that much, assuming I haven’t missed a ton of things.
Last time I heard it being used was several years or more ago, then suddenly it was sorta featured in a SovietWomble ‘Arma 3’ vid.

“Lorem ipsum” is a bunch of meaningless text that is used for testing the layout of documents or webpages. It looks and behaves like a real text (more than the gibberish you get by randomly smashing your fingers on the keyboard), but is meaningless, so it doesn’t distract people from actually judging the layout.
