That’s a Walther P99. It’s striker-fired. There is no hammer.

Even if the magazine is out, there may still be a round in the chamber. I can’t tell you how many people over the years have simply assumed that a pistol with the mag out is unloaded and accidentally discharged it as a result. I’ve actually seen it happen right in front of me.

The mag is there, you just can’t see it and you don’t see the hammer cause it’s double action. Also it’s a fucking drawing.
