@rotexun
But before WW2 you actually had communist parties that ruled alongside socialist, centrist and capitalist parties. But you are right in that any questioning of capitalist supremacy is immediately framed in the most extreme way possible to try to strawman the argument. They never want to give any criticism of capitalism credibility.
If it’s communism why not go after oppressed colonies? You can find support there very easily.

its all drives from the “buzzwordification” of political terms. now youll find any welfare or pro union reform be called “communist” by centrist liberals or cons, which plays in the favor of said billionairs and delegitamize consistency and main goals of the movement (no to mention the inner idealogical ingihtings betwenn leftists themselfs). as for the image itself it goes along perfectly since skynavia is by no means communist state but a revisioned movement with colonialistic ambitions hidden under the “bringing the communistm to uncivilized nations” agenda

These days “communism” has lost nearly all meaning. Anything that isn’t unquestionable worship of capitalism is called “communism”.
In the past what separated “communist” movements from other left leaning movements is that they wanted to take away control of crucial assets from private billionares. This is what separated them from socialists who wanted to tax and regulate. These days actual communism is nearly unthinkable, to actually challenge the property of billionares and say they shouldn’t have it. Even if they do a horrible job we bail them out and try to regulate but we never say “You tried and failed and now we’re going to try”.
