It’s basically a parody of the Gary Motherf***ing Oak Meme.
There was an Episode in Pokemon where Gary Oak shows 10 badges even though there are only 8 badges to obtain in Kanto.
It’s a reference to the “Gary Motherfucking Oak” meme based on Ash’s rival from the original Pokemon anime and how he’s a badass. The original is “There are 8 gym badges in Kanto. Gary Oak has 10 of them.”
Because I don’t know what it means…
