I thought she killed some creature with her spade for gummy, the shadow being its blood.

There was an old girl who worked digging rocks  
Her name was pinkamena and her pet was a croc  
They all lived together in this boring farm  
Until one day boom on her brain this had harm  
It was a rainbow in the sky as far as she saw  
This caused such a ruckus her hair has flaw  
Now pinkie was happy and filled with glee  
She just hope she could share it with her family  
Her pet name gummy just stayed there staring  
As his new owner ran off with a smile laughing  
She is now called pinkie or atleast that’s what she prefers  
To this day they wonder if she will ever be reversed

That’s kinda cute. Implying Gummy came from the rock farm and he lost his teeth probably from trying to snap on rocks.
