uh, do we really know Sunset’s actual motivation yet?
No. I’m comparing them because of how much they are similar yet so different. Sunset is a sociopath who is willing to commit xenocide just to get her magic back. Destoroyah is a monster capable of bringing humanity to its fucking knees and was spawned by a weapon made to kill Godzilla. Both of them are frightening in their forms respectively but Destoroyah is frightening because of what he does. In the span of Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, Destoroyah reduces the entirity of an aquarium to bones, kills a bunch of highly trained JSDF soldiers, kills Godzilla Junior and fights Godzilla to a standstill even when the latter is at the zenith of his power. Both are sadistic and cruel but both are different in many ways. Sunset is a bitch with no redeeming qualities and what Twilight might have become while Destoroyah is a monster who takes great pleasure in causing pain and suffering to those around him.
So? Should Green Hornet be compared to Green Lantern, because they both have “green” in their names?
Sunset Shimmer takes on a demonic form. Look at Destoroyah, he looks like the fucking Devil.
What the hell does any of that have to do with anything, what does Godzilla have to do with EqG? Why don’t you just add Doomsday from DC comics in there while your at it, it would make just as much sense.
First off, Destoroyah is not a lizard, he’s a Pre-Cambrian Era lifeform mutated by the very weapon used to kill Godzilla. Secondly, Sunset’s going to get her ass handed to her by Twilight while Destoroyah fought Godzilla to a standstill when he was at the peak of his strength.
