When Twilight goes to see her friends from CHS in the human world for a friendly visit something wacky goes wrong with the portal on Equestria’s side. Instead of changing into her human form when she usually goes to Earth this time Twilight remained in her original form pony. Spike who even went with the Princess of Friendship remained his old dragon form as the two met up with Sunset and the others including the Twilight from the Human World.

However, Twilight and Spike’s arrival hadn’t go unnoticed as the US military detected the lavender alicorn’s massive magic energy signature and sends a team to capture the two. Spike manages to escape with Sunset and the others’ help, but Twilight wasn’t as lucky as she was captured and sent off to a advanced state of the art hospital which the military was in temporarily under their control. Knowing Equestrian magic was too dangerous for any normal human or nation to weild and the possibility of a catastrophic inter-dimensional incident that could put both worlds in great danger the Rainbooms with both versions of Spike launch a dangerous rescue mission to save Twilight.

So two days later the girls launch their rescue operation to save their friend. While Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy acted as a distraction as they made Pinkie Pie somehow get very sick after eating a lot of sweets and some disgusting foods that made her stomach not like it one Rainbow and Sunset would sneak into the advanced hospital and rescue Twilight. Sci-Twi, Fluttershy, and both Spikes stood by as backup with the human version of Twilight being Rainbow and Sunset’s tech and communicator support. Before they could rescue their friend Rarity had to rig up some disguises’ for the group in order to keep their identities a secret with Sunset getting blue lensed contact lenses to make her eyes blue and knew they couldn’t use their Geoids because the military would go after them if they saw them use their powers. When it came time to execute the rescue mission the girls went into action with Pinkie literally getting sick with a very bad stomach ache which was kind of ironic they were going to a hospital to rescue a friend only for one of them to end up in said hospital, yet everything was going according to plan. While AJ, Rarity, and a very upset stomach Pinkie who was getting medical attention for the ingestion she was having Dash and Sunset used this opportunity to sneak inside without being seen. Soon after Rainbow and Sunset split up to cover more ground and find Twi, but Sunset found their friend who was in a half Laboratory/half Operating Room like room which advanced medical equipment with Twilight put under anesthesia to make sure she doesn’t move around or panic while tests and procedures were being conducted on her. The only problem was that to enter the room a person would need a contaminant free surgical jumpsuit with a rebreather pack and a gas mask to prevent harmful particles from the sedated alien specimen. Sunset manages to grab a suit, mask, and gear before going inside and looking at a Ipad that was left inside with notes and information on Twilight. Sunset tries to copy the data down before she was found by one of the surgeons who was helping with the examinations on her friend. She never seen Sunset before which lands her in avery tight spot.

Will Sunset get Twilight out of here? Or will this rescue go up in smoke? Or even the precursor to a even bigger struggle that could put both worlds and beyond in the battle against good and evil between a certain high speed blue hero and his friends against a mad scientist bent on global world domination with an army of killer robots.
