Note: I couldn’t upload video nor webm due to it being too large, so it’s a gif instead.
I’ve attempted to compress it smaller in webm using over two dozen combinations of settings and denoise filters (to reduce the dithering), but every time it comes out about the same size as the GIF. I bet if one ran a Gaussian blur on each frame it would compress better, but Handbrake evidently doesn’t have such a filter included by default :)
