She’s not a prosecutor. Rather, she’s probably doing the opposite: arguing life sentences down to traffic violations.

If she wants to do civil rights law professionally, why not just work for an NGO?
Pro-bono civil rights law as her passion, banking law to put food on the table.
I think she would rather seek glory on the battlefield than quibble over UCMJ violations.
