A continuation of my previous tiny Tempest pic. (Never enough tiny Tempy!)

Looks like Twilight messed up the counter spell making Tempest even smaller by accident much to her continuing displeasure and Twilight insist on documenting the exact size she is for punctuality sake, isn’t helping with her anger and embarrassment in this situation.
