Lady Frigid Flakes is an old money noblepony that lives within CaBay’s Cloud District. Gaining her fortune through inheritance, her family’s company owns and operates all of the town’s portside storage warehouses. They’re particularly famous for having devised an early form of rune-based cold storage, and very quickly became a monopoly. Unlike many of her kin and most of her peers, Lady Flakes strives to form better connections with the ponies under her employ. She’s a mild-mannered, sweet mare, and often hosts meetings between herself and the lower class dockworkers to ensure their needs are met.
