Cold Press is a short-tempered earth pony mare that runs a popular tavern in Caballo Bay’s Coastline District. She and her sister, Hot Presses, share the apartment situated immediately above the establishment. An uncharacteristically fluffy mare for somepony so close to the coast, she often keeps the pub rather cold. Cold Press works directly with the local orchards and farms for goods, and makes all sorts of wines, meads, and ciders by herself. Inheriting uncanny strength from her largely absent father, she used to press the ingredients by hoof; until her family got tired of the mess, and got her an actual cold press. If nothing else, she still gets to use her muscle to boot out any unruly patrons!
