Are you even sure it’s AI?

It was a common thing long before AI for artists to release several different characters by changing / recoloring a few layers in an image editing software.

It could be the case here.

In this case, I think it’s just ‘base used’. That the base was AI generated doesn’t matter.

Because that’s what the AI spat out, perhaps on purpose from the prompter (All the pictures made with this base should be tagged as AI assisted).
