Alan Moore lost the right to bitch about how DC treats his stories and characters after League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and, especially, Lost Girls.
 
Harry Potter as the antichrist with date-rapist American double agent James Bond with Mary Poppins as GOD (seriously), and classic literature as done by 4chans most sophisticated trolls.
 
I don’t have anything to say about the Faust thing.

It’s clear that Lauren hates the dolls, but it’s still unclear if she hates EQG as a whole. If the characters remain the same (personality wise) then she might like it.
 
On a side note: If anything causes EQG to bomb it will defiantly be those dolls, and not what DHX makes.

She’s evidently not a fan of the (UNUSED PROTOTYPE) dolls that recently got leaked, but other than that, she’s doing what any sensible human would do and has adopted a “wait and see” approach for the movie.

I can see where Alan Moore comes from, seeing as a lot of those movies missed some of the points of his works.
 
Only time will tell if the same fate befalls Equestrian Girls.
