BP probably had a problem with the fact that she has hooves combined with hands. In general I’ve seen a fair few people object to that sort of half-anthro style. I honestly don’t get why people don’t like it, doesn’t bother me at all.
I myself don’t find it creepy. The yellow clashes with the pink. I like the back lingerie version better. I find the skin fold behind the legs to be unattractive. Other than that it is not bad. I think BP might of had a problem with the realistic horse feet
One piece of advice I can offer you is that the yellow lingerie kind of clashes with Pinkie’s coloration.
