The anatomy (especially their proportions) is all kinds of wonky, the perspective is exaggerated and generally terrible, the linework is sketchy and unrefined, and the colors are both lazy and terrible. (Obviously not the characters, since you copy and paste what the canon models are colored, but everything else is just mildly nauseating.)
 
That’s probably why you’re getting downvoted like crazy, probably from people who aren’t even getting as far as the actual image and dialogue before they downvote, neighing it from just the thumbnail.

Derpibooru just isn’t the place to come to get artistic critique; it’s a wretched hive of scum and… er, it’s a collection of mostly-snarky pony fans. There’s probably pony groups on deviantArt that would be able to help you improve and give you encouragement, though I don’t know the groups there well enough to suggest one offhand.

I can’t say I really care for it. Here’s why: The art is really wonky looking, the characters feel either out of character or really exaggerated, and mostly cause I have no clue what’s going on.
