Description

Final edit: I won’t argue any further.
I will still be keeping my future progress private for the time being just for the mere fact that someone on their discord is tracing them and actively making the character in-engine. That along with the attempted stealing of the recent Luna release, I am not going to risk anything with any upcoming progress videos.
UDATE: So someone’s told me that the aurora team are straight up stealing my frames of Derpy through these videos and tracing them for their own janky version of her. No doubt they are going to do the same with my Vinyl. So from here on out I’ll be uploading only vague updates/ private videos in my discord from here on out.
Long overdue Derpy progress. No audio for this one since fluttershy’s voice coming out of her feels so wrong.

Except the dude who worked on MUGEN was initially working with aurora. Even if aurora isn’t actively using ripped sprites of my derpy for their current release, I can’t ignore the possibility of the assets being passed around and in their possession.
Also with aurora’s track record of taking assets that are actively being worked on from other builds and using them as without permission, along with refusing to take them down when confronted, I am going to continue having my suspicions and keep future progress stuff on the down low as I work on them.
Also yes, “explaining” things by calling me blind in a condescending manner as if you took my words as a personal attack(which I know that is how you are taking it right now. Hiding behind anonymous can only do so much).

Two anonymous accounts replying with very similar messages to defend aurora, mere minutes apart from each other?
Please make it more obvious.
It would probably be smarter for you to start building up your defense for the Aurora Expose rather than making sock accounts to try and discredit a respected member of the community just because they don’t want you to use their work.

Please explain why someone on the aurora team is working on a derpy with this sprite?

It’s literally a trace of my sprite:
This Derpy in particular may not be in the current aurora build, nor will it probably even be in the future(for all I know at least). But I know the person making this is a member of their discord and they now have access to this sprite. And since aurora had already taken my big mac in the past without asking me firsthand, I don’t trust that they wouldn’t do the same with my new ones.
