When was it ever sated that it was temporary. When Trixie turned Snips and Snails back to there normal ages she used the age spell again. The closest we have to evidence that it’s temporary is when Twilight tried to cast it on that flower and failed. If by temporary you mean they will grow old again through the passage of time sure but then you just have to cast the spell again, and for all we know the caster could cast it upon themselves (after of course many tests on a guinea pig. Don’t want to turn yourself to young to were you are unable to cast magic properly, or to old to the point you can’t even remember your own name).

I have a theory that Celestia & Luna ( and Alicorns in general ) do not age slower or are immortal, and that Celestia and Luna have been keeping themselves young for the past 1000 years using the age spell.

Fictional works containing “underage” children don’t count (i.e. Romeo and Juliet, both titular characters being under 18 and implied sex)

*as far as the law goes, at least. The rest is for another thread, though.

Equestria Girls is non-canon so I don’t give a shit about anything that happens in it.

ya. Pretty sure the mane 6’s human counterparts ages are not the same as the ponyverse ones. Especial if it turns out that Celestia and Luna’s human counterparts are the schools Principal and vice-Principal were they would only be 30-40 years old in the human world, but there ponyselfs are over a 1000.
 
Or if human Rarity’s dream is to one day own her own clothing-line/store, where in the ponyverse she already does.

Because everyone in highschool is underage.
