A pegasus Surprise version of Pinkie Pie.

I’ve never seen the G1 Surprise. This is based off a concept picture on the Wikia.
At first I used the colours from the concept picture, but it didn’t look right. Then I tried using other ponys’ colours (e.g. Rarity’s white). That didn’t look right either. So I ended up using the colours I used from the Wonderbolts Surprise. And it still doesn’t look right…
