Of what? That’s a direct quote from the US Copyright office, at the link given. The first airing is easy to look up. If you’re questioning my certainty that most of us won’t live to be 90+ years old, I can only point to past data, underlined by increasingly dire circumstances nationally and globally (rising obesity, rising isolation, rising drug abuse, collapsing job market, rising costs/inflation, accelerating closure of rural and small-city hospitals etc) and call it a hunch.

For an anonymous work, a pseudonymous work, or a work made for hire, the copyright endures for a term of 95 years from the year of its first publication or a term of 120 years from the year of its creation, whichever expires first.
The first episode of Fim aired in 2010, so 95-14 = 81. 81 years until Bloom is public domain, a date it is unlikely any of us will ever see.

Sadly, Applebloom IS still in copyright and trademark. Just another century and the ponies will finally belong to the people.
I sure hope not. Is this true?
