Oh.

It was always my headcanon that Big Mac at least attended college at some point and is the only member of the four apples to have done so so far. Granny Smith would have just been a baker and housewife, and Applejack never went to college so she can stay at the farm. Apple Bloom could go anywhere but I suspect she will at some point.
