So, you may recognize this pic right away as a screencap of Ponyville Hospital, such as >>2099402, but I have done some editing to give it a bit more depth. Mostly for insert to my story, and while I wanted to do more to add a bit more realism to it, I just didn’t have the talent for that. So, this will have to do.
