I think those spiky anklets of hers might have been used to hide things, including the last chance ones, such as blades, poisons (hint-hint), poisoned blades etc.

If I had to guess, Opaline is trying to put herself out of her misery as she’s stuck inside the Together Tree. Where she got the razor from though is anyone’s guess.
