Ah a dysfunctional family. Fun. Some headcanons for Pear Butter’s parents. Their names are Grand Pear (Gran’ Pear) and Pear Spice. I already liked their designs quite a bit so I only made minor changes. I was gonna give Grand Pear his grey streaks but then I had an idea that ponies don’t age the same way as humans do, instead their whole coat just gets duller looking the older they get, not just their manes. Also at this point he is still fairly young.
Grand Pear:
-Closeted Bisexual
-Lost two out of three of his children because of his pride
-Deeply regrets his mistakes
-Hates that he never saw his daughter again after the fight

Pear Spice:
-Is more or less indifferent on the whole situation
-She would have still accepted Pear Butter’s decision but would be more distant and act a bit like Spoiled Rich
-Straight
-Never looked for Pear Cobbler (name changed to Orange Rind or “Aunt Orange”) that much after she ran away
-Is more or less indifferent on the whole situation
