Not really. I see a filly who could be helped if given the effort and chance, which she deserves because the thousand year old chaos spirit and the powerful adult unicorn got them as well. I also see Tartarus as excessive when literally any prison could easily hold her. I for one find that a great reason to feel sorry for her.
No one including myself cares what you think cause you feel sorry for Cozy for the wrong reasons.
She literally didn’t because she was never offered redemption. There was, again, nothing for her to refuse. Discord didn’t regret what he did and neither did Starlight. They needed help to realize it was wrong. No attempt at rehabilitation in Cozy’s case. No offer to help, nothing.
But Cozy did refuse redemption from the mane six, despises everything what Twilight taught her about friendship at the school of friendship, committed treason against her kind and not sorry for and didn’t regret what she done.
She had nothing to refuse because she was never given one. They simply never bothered to try to reform her. Discord also straight up mocked the Main 6 for trying to reform him after he was released. He only behaved (somewhat) because they had the Elements of Harmony pointed at him.
Cozy only refuse to be given a second chance cause she misunderstood and abuse friendship.
They were only able to atone because they were given the second chance and help to do so. They wanted nothing to do at first. Cozy, meanwhile wasn’t even offered one. Even Chrysalis got more then her.
Wrong, Discord and Starlight where able atone for their mistakes while Cozy didn’t regret anything and can’t easily be trusted.
No worse then Discord or Starlight. No, she deserved a second chance and plenty of help in reforming.
