I’ve always imagined Sombra as some kind of noble, sensible and tragic evil. Although, some comics show that to a degree I think there his image lacks elegance and beauty (while he is rather young) and shows him rough and overly masculine. I’ve tried to change that and I only hope his face is not too purple.
So here he looks less like a king, and more like ‘count Sombra’ - mysterious and melancholic, but also strict and determined he plays his role as a noble in Crystal Empire gathering power and bracing for the final act of his game - to take absolute power and muster his will into an iron fist while the country is divided. But of course he informes no one about his grand plan and remains a dark horse among the ever-competing members of court of this distant northern land.
