And that’s why the first time we chose three stars as her cutie mark. But we think the cutie mark is not really working for a hippogriff, even she transformed to a pony.
So all of these choosing cutie marks are just try to find something that can create the same feeling as Silverstream.

The first cutie mark is came up with Gravity falls, in this show they signed Maple as a falling star, we believe such show like GF may have a rationality on choosing symbols. Silver and Maple are the same type of characters for their personalities.

Love seeing another ponified Silverstream. Still, I do wonder how the artists come up with her cutie mark. This is the second ponified Silverstream I have seen, and this one has a different cutie mark from the previous one (previous one shown below for context). It would be interesting to hear the story of how the artist came up with her choice of cutie mark.
