I thought Twilight would be staying in Ponyville for Season 4.

TL;DR (conerning both the paste and the archived thread it mentions): Mundane movie world will not be mundane for much longer; “Brad” isn’t a casanova; EqG is a loosely tied-in continuity S4 will completely ignore.
 
So far it’s as credible as all /mlp/ “leaks” are, but this case will be verifiable pretty soon.
 
And if it’s true, I welcome this spin-off.

I shudder to imagine the bronies’ response to that ending. Here’s hoping it’s a case of being able to travel to both worlds. I mean, if she’s able to bring Sunset back to Equestria, then chances are she could go back again.

This summary actually sounds pretty good right up until the “staying in the human world” bit. Given what we know about S4, that seems highly unlikely to me.
 
Then again, this is an alternate continuity, so it’s possible. It would seem quite OOC for Twilight to agree to leave her old friends like that. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Seeing as how we already know the Season 4 premier will be about Twilight learning to deal with being an alicorn/princess.. yeah if that ending happens then it is a complete AU and the better for it.
