I kinda agree with you there. But give some people credit, they didn’t ALL use the same rules. Plus it’s just the way some artists like it. No, it isn’t accurate, but half the fun was just seeing what someone’s interpretation was.

As for equestria girls, I’m not really a fan of the outfits, and the pastel skin colors. I know it’s to avoid race issues, but I feel that it wouldn’t be that big of a deal, like people think.

I never liked most humanizations of ponies because everyone has their strict rules on what they should look like, with making twilight Asian all the time, giving Fluttershy huge boobs and a sweater, and etc…
I like how Equestria Girls make them just have the same color skin as ponies do to avoid those dumb problems with race.
