Yes, I know that I should have asked her that before, yet, I can’t help but feel annoyed by it.
I guess it was the artist who uploaded it first on DeviantArt? Would be better to tell them right away when you start the chat with them to wait for that until you did what you planned with it then, a lot artists just upload their works after its done, some ask if they can, some don´t. And after its online, how should others know its not ok to share it on derpi then..^^
