Description
I’m posting my exported video from my apogee drawing into here, mainly to get feedback on what I can improve for later drawings. Like how do I colour without vector colour fill etc..
Help is appreciated 🎉 🚀

I’ll try that and what the other person said, sketch first then draw.
Using someone else’s drawing as a reference, like you did here, is pretty good for learning, especially if it’s an artpiece you like, since you can look at how the artist did when drawing it and learn how to draw certain things that way. I used to do that all the time as a kid. However, trying to directly copy the image itself or the subject in it is not that good of an idea, since you’re limiting yourself more.
Speaking of limiting oneself, the fact you didn’t draw a sketch also does so. Drawing a sketch lets you play around with a pose or character more, since you’re not trying to make it perfect and it only serves as a base for the final drawing. So in the future, I suggest you start sketching ponies before drawing them.
