Welcome to another instalment of the “Introducing” series, wherein I introduce you to characters and faces from my OC roster that have never been depicted by me before.
And of course, today is the turn of Searing Flame!

Searing Flame is a 35 year old unicorn mare from Canterlot, who works as one of the head chefs for the Griffon Embassy, as she specialises in cooking meat.
Physically, she is tall, slim, and elegant of form, with a few minor burn scars from her role, but has nothing else really notable about her physical side.
Magically, Searing Flame is a powerhouse with tremendous ability in the Pyrokinetic discipline of magic. However, this comes with the side effect of very little natural control over her powers, and so she gladly wears a thaumatic-dampener ring on her horn at all times.
This device allows her to cast her magic normally and retain her sanity because the use of uncontrolled pyrokinetic abilities can lead to pyromania and various other forms of irrevocable madness.
Rarely seen outside of the working environment, Scorch, as her griffon colleagues call her, is an inveterate workaholic, and she lives in an apartment in the embassy itself. She is friendly and casual in manner and takes a lot of pride in her work. She is also known to have a cheeky and irreverent sense of humour that many ponies just don’t understand.
When it comes to more personal matters, she is a bisexual xenophile and is known as a generous lover. She is currently single and enjoying a spot of speed-dating, just for fun. Searing Flame is known to be rather vanilla in her preferences, but isn’t afraid to try things out with the right partner.
