  • Actually, it’s a black humanization of a magical pony with a bright purple mane and a blue buttstamp who happens to have white fur ;3 (Psst. Plenty of white voice actors act for black characters and vice-versa, and a ponies fur colour doesn’t mean their skin is the same, horses have a whole spectrum of skin tone under their fur)  
    -I like elf ears and magical features on my humanizations. Artistic license~
     
    Also, not everybody bases their humanizations on racist stereotypes. I just like the way Rarity’s colour scheme looks with dark skin.

    Accusations of “political correctness gone mad” aside, artists will envision Rarity as Black because of the stereotype of Black women as overly fashion conscious and “sassy”.

Y’know I keep seeing more an more people who think of Rarity as black or African-American. Personally I don’t quite see it but it makes sense I guess. But the fact that she’s a white unicorn…
