What if Twilight and her friends DID fail? What if Tirek, Cozy Glow, and Chrysalis defeated Twilight and her friends? What would have happened to Equestria?

I can’t be the only one who thought (wanted) this. In the second part of the finale Twilight says Flurry Heart would be the last hope if they fail. Because of that I have a few head canons of this alternative and may write a few one-shots from this sad alternative to the finale.

Head Canons:

Tinytinylavender (f2u) Tirek, Cozy Glow, and Chrysalis are rulers over Equestria which is divided into three parts, Canterlot being the main point where they come together (and will be the only time they rule something together)

Tinytinybluepurple (f2u) No one knows what that blast did to the Main 6 but is obviously assumed they are no longer with us

Tinytinyred (f2u) The Wendigos froze over the land enough for the villains to unthaw it, like Chrysalis said. While the ponies were resitant to these enemies, they threatened to bring them back for them all to freeze if they didn’t obey to them, leaving the ponies no choice but to follow them.

Tinytinydpurple (f2u) Triek, Cozy Glow, and Chrysalis never find out how to control Discord’s magic and leave the bell heavily guarded

Tinytinyturquois (f2u) Knowing they would be after Cadence and Shining Armor and them unaware of the birth of Princess Flurry Heart, they sadly bid their daughter goodbye as they send her into hiding with Sunburst.

Tinytinymgreen (f2u) There plan works as Cadence and Shining are captured and locked along with Starlight, Princesses, etc…

Tinytinywhite (f2u) Sunburst raises Flurry and continues to train her with her magic so that someday she could save there world

Tinytinylorange (f2u) Babies like the Cake Twins, a group of the newly hatched dragons, the baby changelings, and other newborns of other species were safetly hidden before Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy could reach them.

Tinytinyhpink (f2u) The Young Six, now the sort of “new” Main 6, form the resitance with the CMC as head of the operation.

Tinytinylblue (f2u) In this resistance is where all the babies were raised and kept hidden with a few family members and other creatures that made it to safety before getting captured.

Tinytinydgray (f2u) This is how they live life for the next 15 years…

Tinytinyblue (f2u) Older Flurry is under a lot of pressure and wants to rid of these evil rulers more than anything in the world

Tinytinyorange (f2u) One day the resistance camp space if finally discovered, Flurry Heart, Pound, Pumpkin, Rick (baby dragon hatchling from “Sweet and Smokey”), Odie (Ocellus little brother), and Seafoam (Sandbar’s little sister) just barely escape

Tinytinydblue (f2u) It’s up to these six to bring down the end of Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow

Flurry Heart looked out over the edge. A soft wind was passing through as the rest of her friends joined her side. “Is that Canterlot?” Odie asked. “From what I can barely recall, it is.” Flurry confirmed. Canterlot had a lot less color to it from what they read in the books. “And to think we’ve been living in a wasteland all these years when we could have been living here.” Rick said. “Under three psycho rulers, I’ll pass.” Pumpkin replied, “Besides, once we finally rid of these guys we could finally get the life we deserve.” “Do you really think we can defeat these guys?” Seafoam asked sheepishly, “Seems a lot more real now that we’re only a couple of ways from facing them.” “I’m ready to kick some flank.” Rick said placing his fist to his hand. Pound looked to Flurry as he said, “Flurry, you alright?” The young alicorn looked back at what once was her home long ago. “This is what my whole life has been building up too.” she said, “My Aunt said I was Equestria’s last hope but I’m so scared. I can’t fail, Equestria is depending on me.” “You have what it take Flurry,” Pound said, “You’re the most extrodinary girl I know. We’ve taken down other foes to get here and we’re not stopping now. We would have never made it if it weren’t for you.” “And even if you don’t believe it,” Pumpkin continued as Odie added, “We do.” Flurry looked back at her friends as she smiled at them. Taking in a deep breath she narrowed her eyes saying, “Let’s get our home back.”
