Femboy’s often look and act like girls… They also often wear women’s clothes, hairstyles, etc. But you’re right, this episode also confused me a lot and I don’t know who he/she is anymore. Their Voice sounds low female or high male, so that doesn’t help either

In tyt they have eyelashes like the mares, but theirs are thinner and lacking the eyelash point every mare has.
Plus their gruff and androgynous voice and face build.
