During a party in Canterlot, Zephyr Breeze takes Coco Pommel on a beautiful night flight. But she is afraid of falling.

So prior to this and the last image, I shipped Zephyr Breeze and Tree Hugger for a good while. I even drew a few pieces where they were the focus. But ever since coming across the idea of Tree Hugger and Trouble Shoes as a possible pairing, my shipping tastes for the two of them have changed greatly. I said in the last image that Zephyr Breeze was well taken care of despite no longer being with Tree Hugger, and this is my answer for him.

Coco Pommel, as I thought about it, works much better than him. I’ve said it before that I enjoy ships with interesting dynamics, and this is one example of that. While the two of them have similar backgrounds, their personalities would play off of each other in a fun way. Zephyr is extremely laid-back and kind of suave, while Coco is known for her meekness and quiet determination. She would always be there to push him whenever he felt like lazing or giving up easily, while he would help her to be more extroverted and relaxed. Zephyr’s flirting also doesn’t usually work on most mares (Especially Rainbow Dash), but Coco would be the exception. The two would find a kinship in their love of creating, hairstyling, or costumes, and they would get along easily through their urban backgrounds.

Overall, just like how I came to enjoy Tree HuggerXTrouble Shoes, I find that I love these two as well.

I really wanted to draw this again, but this time with Coco, technically making this a remake. She seems like the type of pony who would be afraid of heights. XD

I also thought I’d save time and reuse/tweak the sky from my Yona drawing. It was a well-made sky.
