JJ is mediocre he’s very same face, lacks variety, reuses the same character designs (all of his pony humans look like characters form his old webcomic) and can’t write for shit, being popular doesn’t mean good, look at Avatar (the movie) Call of Duty and Twilight (the book).

Luna is generocity loyalty and honesty
 
Although really Celestia could be any three (which is why she could use all three). Luna is a bit harder since her character doesn’t seem at all consistent
