A bit of practice is all it takes. Your brain naturally does an outstanding job of coordinating hand/eye movement.

I could never get the hang of not looking where I was drawing. I’d have to get one of the stupidly expensive ones with the LCD screen if I wanted to be able to do that.
I should bust it out and try again some time; logically it shouldn’t be that much harder than any other form of interface like a mouse and/or keyboard.
