As i said on the other one - first i draw the base layer, then i take a regular A4 piece of paper (which this isn't - this here is A3 drawing paper, and the clothes layer needs to be thinner for me to see the lines beneath), put it on top of the drawing and trace the clothes over the drawing. then i color the clothes paper and cut it to fit. it's pretty much the same principle of a paper doll.

Also, since the cut paper tends to warp around the edges, I also keep the clothes layer pressed under more paper until the time to take the photos.
