They look dark blueish, and it can remind people of a real humans lips, as they are darker than your skin. Unless your black though.
no, thats just how the models came out when they were developed.
All the Gmod/SFM models have slightly darker outlines around their mouths. I think it’s just a stylistic choice by the modeler/a way to better differentiate where face ends and lips begin.
