No, it didn’t. Twilight may not have won many favors by not trusting Starlight’s judgement in choosing you for a friend, Trixie, but you pretty much justified her paranoia by proving that you intended on scoring a victory over her by winning over her pupil. I know you genuinely grew to like Starlight as a friend, but saying that revenge against Twilight is a ‘bonus’ really doesn’t help, especially considering Starlight said almost the same thing to Twilight when she was messing with time travel.
