I totally agree! RariDash is my OTP, though TwiRity is arguably starting to rival it as my favorite MLP pairing of all time. I don’t like AppleDash, PinkieDash, Rarijack, FlutterDash (though I’ll admit it’s cute), or Sparity, though, because I think all those pairings are WAY too overrated. I do rather like TwiDash though, and at one point in time a few years ago, TwiDash was my OTP!
 
I still like TwiDash, just not to the extent that I like RariDash or TwiRity! On an unrelated note, my favorite episode of season 4 was Power Ponies! Just hearing the episode’s title instantly makes me think of the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers! Hmmm. The Mighty Morphin’ Power Ponies. SOMEPONY PLEASE MAKE THAT A FANFIC, OR BETTER YET, AN AUDIO DRAMA!!

Nobody shamed you in that original post. Nobody criticized you. Nobody ever said anything about hating you, or that it was a bad thing that you like Raridash (why would it be a bad thing? Even if you actually had contributed all those pics yourself it;s not a bad thing, it just means you really care about something). That’s my point: YOU assert all of this stuff and make it sound like you’re being attacked or victimized constantly, or like people are always trying to start shit with you, even when a comment is even meant in a sort of friendly way. It was a joke and if other people are well known for liking one thing you see other people mention it all the time when a pic comes up, like ObsessiveRarityFan on any waifu-looking Rarity pic or GCoL on a fart pic. They don’t get pissy or jump all over people when someone mentions them on a pic like that, because everyone knows it’s what they’re into and that’s fine.
 
I didn’t blame you for mistaking the other BGP for me, anyone probably would have done that I was just clarifying that I was a different person so I could explain I didn’t mean that remark the way you took it. If you misunderstood the tone of my first post and took it the wrong way I guess I can understand that, even if I don’t see how you could have taken it so badly, but now that I’ve explained that nothing bad was made by it you’re still continuing to say that you’ve been treated unfairly somehow or have somehow been wronged, I don’t even know what to say because obviously, explaining benign intent makes no difference to you. It’s like you just want to fight about something all the time so you’re constantly taking things the wrong way and jumping on people or acting defensive. Just like the other BGP was talking about and like I’ve seen other people say on pics you’ve posted on recently. That’s exactly what I was trying to say before, I really think you need to stop assuming that people always mean things negatively, because you’re only making yourself look bad and starting needless arguments when you do.

Reading that comment again, it still very much implies that I’m the only reason there are so many raridash pictures on this site, belittling other people’s affinity for it and implying that I’m ultimately alone in liking it.
 
It seems to outright shame me for drawing raridash and and and anyone else who draws/posts it here (I don’t see you making those kind of “jokes” about people who draw/post rarijack or flutterdash)
 
And you can NOT get pissed at me if I’ve mistaken you’re comments for those of other people. That’s what happens when you argue anonymously. Want to fix that? Maybe even discuss this where it’s not gonna inconvenience everyone else here? Get an account and message me in private. It isn’t hard.
 
You can hate me and everything I’ve ever contributed to this fandom for the past 2 years all you want. But the fact is you can’t criticize me for doing something that you’re pretty going to do behind my back later.

I’m the same person who commented on this last night and made the remark about you and Raridash, and not the same BGP you have been trading comments with since then. That having been said, please explain how the hell I was talking shit about you, or complaining about you? I didn’t say anything remotely negative or anything that you should have seen as being negative for any reason, I joked that the majority of Raridash images here were probably uploaded by you since you are very vocal about advocating for the ship. It’s a well known fact that you are, and it was not a barb and I did not insult you or your ship in any way. So yeah, you are confrontational, overly defensive and paranoid, and oftentimes nasty for no reason, so even though I haven;t been arguing with you along with the other anon today, I do agree with him (or I guess her) completely. It also tells me I’m far from being the only person you’ve reacted to that way in the past.
 
Please learn to relax for once. Reread the comment I originally posted to you last night, calm the fuck down and then realize there was seriously nothing about it that was snarky, passive aggressive or remotely negative whatsoever, please.

That’s an interesting estimate given I have only put 126 of my drawing on this site (not even half of which is raridash), meaning plenty of other people draw and post raridash here too.

Because the show’s come a long way from season 1/early season 2 when Appledash was at the height of its popularity… there’s a lot of good reason to ship alternate pairings for both AJ and Dash based on canon now, and especially since they don’t interact as much as they used to anymore.

The real question is… why the heck isn’t appledash at the top, dangit? :P
