It’s that would make sense if Sprout had been a character that came out of nowhere and had no relationship with the protagonists, but this is not the case, Sprout is or was a close friend of both Sunny and Hitch, and it would be out of character for them to scrap him as a character instead of giving him a deeper background… But you still have a good point, I just hope they give that boy a good story
