In this image series, Sunny is anorexic (and, at least at this moment, bulimic). The author had/has an eating disorder themselves, and drew these for ‘catharsis’* and maybe to educate others.
*Quotemarks because I am not sure I am using this in a psychologically precise way.

She was carried to the hospital, her friends talked her into eating some soup. She fell asleep, they left her alone, she had a nightmare about being worthless, woke up, rushed to the bathroom and shoved her hoof down her throat to force herself to vomit.
