Yeah, I noticed that. I thought Stellarator was setting us up for Twilight to totally forget the beepy box, leading to great embarrassment and then Juice and Rarity having to have a second round.

I wondered that too. Possible reasons: Rarity doesn't like the appearance of her breasts (perhaps they are very soft & floppy, and look better restrained). Perhaps Rarity doesn't like her breasts played with for some reason. Perhaps she likes the feel of something tight around her body (there's some evidence she's into bondage). Perhaps Stellarator just likes drawing the bra.
Maybe we'll find out some day.
