Though tbf, she was fine with it after thinking it over. And I’m sure it’s so that Hasbro wouldn’t have to work out any sort of merchandising payments or royalties with Lumi.

This situation is fairly standard; I mean, it’s what (indirectly) led to Matt Groening creating The Simpsons.
