Woop, there it is. Yeah it’s done, bitches! Twilight Sparkle as a Tau Fire Warrior…this was actually a request that was sent to me all the way back in November, and I didn’t finish it until now. Twi is ready to go out and fight for the greater good.
The shading is actually pretty good, it’s the anatomy that needs improving. the position of the limbs is awkward and makes your drawings look flat.
Try picturing how the anatomy would work in a 3D world and use basic shapes to build the anatomy before moving on to the actual details.
Another thing is that the edges are too round, Tau armors are more boxy, and the wings look out of place, look at Tau armors and jump packs and try to use the same design aesthetic.
I would like to know where I can improve. Personally, I think the shading is one of this piece’s weak points, since it’s still pretty hard for me to wrpa my brain around light sources and stuff. So please be more specific.
